Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your Paper with a Story purchase.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. To request a return, please contact us before sending your item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was sent.

One-of-a-Kind Originals: Because each one-of-a-kind notepad is made from an original repurposed cover and cannot be replaced with an identical item, exchanges for the exact same design may not be possible.

Damaged or incorrect orders: Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging so we can help make it right.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when the order arrived damaged or incorrect.

Items returned used, altered, or damaged after delivery may not qualify for a refund.
