Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: $8.00 on orders under $70
- Free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more
Each notepad is handmade and carefully packaged using recycled, reclaimed, or recyclable materials whenever practical.
Processing time: Please allow approximately 2–4 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. Orders containing handmade photo-cover designs may occasionally require additional preparation time if an item needs to be produced.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Delivery times shown by the carrier are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other carrier delays outside our control.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has shipped.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and include photographs of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
